The 3D Studio · You asked
Honestly — we can’t know yet. Your home hasn’t been designed. But we can show you what it looked like for the homes that have been — from plans, to models, to the finished home.
So does your home. Scale, light, the feeling of standing in a room — none of it survives on paper. So we model every home completely, and our clients experience their home instead of decoding it. The results, for design and for project management alike, speak for themselves.
This is the main-level plan of The PowWow, a real Trilogy home — presented the way homes have always been. Try to stand in the great room in your mind. Then see what the model already knows.

That difference — between reading a plan and seeing your home — is why our clients are so thankful we model in 3D.
Modeled in SketchUp, walked through in VR — then realized down to the inch. Orbit, zoom, and explore a Trilogy model the way our clients do.
Most of what the model reveals can’t be seen on paper. These are the refinements that surface when you live inside the design — before construction begins. Tap a point on the home to see one.

We’re fluent in every architectural platform, but when a model needs to reach a client or a jobsite, we use SketchUp. Our clients read it instantly. Our subcontractors build straight from it. And we’ve written our own software, PMM Tools, to make it manage entire projects.
