The Process

Connect. Create. Construct.

Every Trilogy home moves through the same arc but no two arcs are alike. We listen first, design carefully, and shepherd the work with the patience that exceptional homes demand. Design, modeling, and construction move as one — full integration, from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. The result is a process you can feel as much as you can follow.

Phase One — the relationship comes first

Connect

Before a single line is drawn, we want to know how you live, and what home actually means to you. Then we walk the land — how the sun crosses it, where the wind comes from, which views earn the largest windows. Where the home begins.

What you’ll experience
  • Early conversations — at our studio, your home, or wherever feels right
  • Site visits and land walks before anything is designed
  • First conversations with your architect and designer
  • A shared understanding of the project’s scope and character
Phase Two — design, model, walk through

Create

This is the heart of PMM. We model your home in full before construction begins — every room, every detail. Then you put on a headset and walk through it. You feel the ceiling height. You watch the morning light cross the kitchen counter. And while changes are still inexpensive, we make them until it’s right.

What you’ll experience
  • Architectural design developed in collaborative loops with you
  • A full SketchUp PMM Model, accurate to scale and material
  • VR walkthroughs at multiple stages of refinement
  • Changes made while change is still inexpensive — before the foundation
Phase Three — the home takes shape

Construct

When the model is final, construction begins. We hold the thread of coordination across architects, engineers, and trades — many of whom we’ve worked with for two decades or more — so the home that takes shape matches the one you walked through. Mountain building is unforgiving; the difference is that nothing here is improvised.

What you’ll experience
  • Continuity — the same team, from first conversation to final walkthrough
  • Long-standing trade relationships, consistent craftsmanship
  • Oversight calibrated to the realities of high-country building
  • A finished home that matches the one you walked through in VR
