You.

Extraordinary people. Extraordinary places. Extraordinary homes. Extraordinary owners. Every Superhome starts with someone who decides to design and build their extraordinary dreams — this is where you become one of them.

A few honest answers

Before you reach out.

Do we need to have land already?
No. Many of our conversations begin before our clients have settled on a site. We’re glad to talk through what we’d look for in a parcel, and how the site shapes everything that follows.
Do we need an architect?
No — you don’t need to have an architect in place before starting with Trilogy. We lead the entire design and build process from the beginning. If you already have an architect you’d like to work with, we’re happy to collaborate directly with them. Through Trilogy DesignWorks and our PMM approach, we bring the design team, modeling, planning, and construction together so everyone is working toward the same vision from the start.
What does the first conversation look like?
A call, usually 30–45 minutes. We listen more than we talk. The goal is to understand who you are, what you’re imagining, and whether we’d be the right fit for what you’re trying to build.
Do you build outside of Colorado?
Our home base is Colorado, and the vast majority of our work is in the Rockies — though we’ve built as far away as Kaua’i. We’re open to the right project beyond Colorado, and we bring the same presence wherever we build.
What size project does Trilogy typically take on?
Our portfolio leans toward larger custom homes — but the size of the project matters less than the intention behind it. If you care deeply about the home you’re building, we’d be glad to talk.

We’re glad you’re here.
