This 5500 square foot home was Designed and Built by Trilogy utilizing the design services and a timber and SIP panel kit from Woodhouse Post and Beam. As a SIP (Structural Insulating Panel) home, this house is incredibly energy efficient due to the solid foam and OSB exterior wall system that provides minimal air infiltration and exterior to interior temperature conduction, ideal for a high altitude environment. This wonderful timber frame home was specifically designed to accommodate a growing active family. An expansive deck and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining. Kids rooms on the upper level with a master suite in a separate “wing.”
