Snake River Lodge

We’re going to do an extreme remodel of this home for numerous reasons. The clients don’t like that fabulous mountain views to the west and optimal sun exposures are blocked by the wrap around porch. We’ll add an “owners wing” with a master suite and bath, office and mudroom space and a two car garage. And we’ll update the floorpan with a new kitchen, open up the great room and dining room, and introduce a variety of colors and materials to what is now a “basic brown” exterior. All of this will tackled using our Project Management Modeling process, evident in the 3D models shown as part of the concept development phase.
