The clients enjoyed a design experience that included 3d modeling of all architectural and design details. This was an industry first for a project of this size as Building Information Modeling is usually reserved for larger projects due to const considerations. The owner is a geologist so he wanted a fireplace that reflected his “love of stone.” The floors are reclaimed oak hardwood. Part of an open floor plan, the kitchen included Vittoria Regia Granite, Glass Mosaic Tile Back Splash, Knotty Alder Shaker Cabinetry, reclaimed oak hardwood floors, Kohler Plumbing and GE Profile Appliances. Bathroom features Vittoria Regia Granite and Seagrass limestone tile with Knotty Alder Cabinets and custom tile design.
